I. GENERAL
1. I retain all copyrights to the artwork. Clients retain the rights to their OC, story and any element of their world-building but not the artwork itself.2. I have the right to decline a commission, I need not specify the reason nor notify the applicant.3. I have the right to upload finished commissions to my socials to promote my art & services.
I will provide the appropriate link to the client's socials of their choice and/or tag them.4. I have the right to showcase commissioned works in my portfolio.
II. PROCESS
1. Please DM me in either Discord or Bluesky if interested in having something commissioned. We will then discuss the details of what you want for your piece. However please keep in mind that you will only be secured in a slot once the required downpayment is made.2. Sketching and turnover timer will begin only after the initial payment requirement is met (IV., #3) and confirmed.3. Clients will be given updates throughout the sketching, rendering and polishing stages of the commission. WIP screenshots will be provided for each stage of the work and the client gets 3 minor revisions for the total duration of the commission. Any additional revisions will have their corresponding fees.4. Full resolution, watermarked PNG files will only be sent when the final half of the payment for the piece is sent and confirmed. III. USAGE
1. Commissions are for PRIVATE use only. You may not use it for monetization, re-produce for redistribution or to promote yourself or any kind of service.2. YOU MAY NOT USE MY WORKS TO TRAIN AI AND/OR MINT FOR NFTS.3. You may repost commissioned artwork to your own socials with proper credits to the artist.4. You may print commissions for personal use only.5. Watermark is to be kept on the artwork and the artwork may not be edited in any way
[cropping, resizing for PFPs, etc. is OK]. Credit to the artist must be given. It is possible the watermark will be cropped out if using as pfp which is still OK [crediting rule still applies]6. You may not use any commissioned work as an image to support and/or promote any religious/politically charged ideologies, opinions or projects.
IV. PAYMENT METHODS & ADDITIONAL FEES
1. Payments are in USD only through Paypal.2. NO REFUNDS once payment has been sent. However, if the artist must terminate the commission due to an event crisis, the client will be refunded the total amount they sent up to that point.3. 50% INITIAL DOWNPAYMENT is required for both commission types before sketching can begin.
The remaining 50% must be paid before receiving the high-quality image.4. There is a KILL FEE which is 25% of commission's base price if a client wants to terminate the commission but the initial sketches have been finished and submitted to the client for viewing.

IMPORTANT REMINDER REGARDING REFERENCES FOR OCs:
Submissions with high-quality references for their characters will be highly favored. High-quality meaning comprehensible image references at the very least. Character bios and such are a nice plus and helps a lot with getting your character's personality right in the drawing.While I won't charge extra, I will take heavy creative liberty with your characters' designs if you don't give me much to work with and it could greatly affect the length of time to finish the commission.Please be reminded you have a limited amount of revisions so it's best to have solid reference from the get go so we aren't poking around in the dark so much.
